阶段一: 初步沟通
良好的沟通及详尽的了解是一切未来工作能否顺利高效推进的前提，了解项目状况、客户需求、客户 想法等，充分获知业主对本项目要求。

Design Strategy
Funneling the creative approach into concepts and design strategy.
阶段二: 概念设计( 初步方案)
1、依据项目定位，提出设计概念意向。
2、根据项目定位，提出平面布置方案。
3、根据项目定位，提出概念模型分析。

Schematic Design
Using the design strategy to explore and define a new design direction.
阶段三: 方案设计( 深化方案)
1、依据业主确认之方向深化平面布置图。
2、依据业主确认之方向绘制空间效果图。
3、提供主要材料示意图片及样板。

Design Development
& Implementation
Production and implementation across touch-points based on the new direction.
阶段四: 施工图设计
1、依经业主确认之效果，提出深化施工图节点，绘制施工蓝图。
2、提供工程材料样板及物料表格。

Construction
阶段五: 工地跟踪及现场服务
1、在业主的主持下，配合各专业单位工作。
2、施工过程中到现场进行施工指导。
